Cum sa incepi miscarea acasa

Te-ai hotarat sa incepi sa faci sport , dar totusi nu stii de unde sa incepi?Ai cautat pe internet si ai gasit o multime de sfaturi , dar totusi nimic nu simti ca ti se potriveste?

Dar totusi sa revenim la momentul cand ai decis  sa cauti informatii despre cum sa te antrenezi acasa. Ceva anume te-a motivat sa incepi sa te antrenezi. Atunci de aici este cazul sa incepi, prin identificarea motovatiei si a telului. Scrie aceste idei pe un carnetel , sau intr-un loc mai vizibil in care sa le poti vedea in fiecare zi. Pe masura ce incepi sa iti incepi antrenamentele, poti sa incluzi cateva teluri pe termen scurt , cum ar fi: 

  • sa iti gasesti un program potrivit pentru tine pe internet;
  • sa iti stabilesti ziua si ora la care sa incepi si sa te tii de program;
  • sa iti stabilesti si un plan alimentar  pentru a te ajuta la realizarea obiectivului final ;

Dupa cum observi pasii mici se aduna in timp, daca iti setezi obiectivele si actionezi pentru a le atinge , in timp vei dobandi consistenta, aceasta se va transforma in rutina , si binenteles intr-un stil de viata sanatos.Pentru un antrenamant acasa exista o multime de aplicatii gratuite pe telefon care te pot ajuta sa iti faci un program de cateva minute de exercitii . Aceasta este o modalitate excelenta de a salva timp sau de a-ti pune corpul in miscare. Daca nu stii de unde sa incepi urmeaza un plan simplu de de antrenament. Eu iti recomand ceea ce fac eu( pentru incepatori -1set de 10repetari iar pentru avansati 2 seturi de 15 repetari) :

  • sarituri cu forfecare 
  • genoflexiuni
  • Abdomene
  • Fandari
  • crunch
  • clapping crunches
  • plank

A lua decizia de a-ti imbunatati sanatatea este unul dintre cele mai bune angajamente pe care le poti lua fata de tine insasi. Inceputul nu trebuie sa fie nici greu complicat si nici intimidant, de aceea este necesar sa iti setezi obiective realiste, iti concepi un plan care sa functioneze iar rezultatele le vei observa in timp, asa ca inarmeazate cu ambitie ,perseverenta si incredere ca vei reusi.
